Although working on qualitative research teams can be incredibly rewarding, there are a number of issues surrounding data collection, management, analysis, and writing that must be considered and negotiated to carry out a successful large-scale, collaborative qualitative study.

This presentation will focus on particular challenges faced by researcher Amy Stich, an assistant professor at the Institute of Higher Education, during her time working on a funded, longitudinal, multi-sited ethnography and provide strategies for effectively working on teams.
