Spring and summer opportunities for leadership development
Positive Leadership in Higher Education

This session will draw on the theories of positive psychology to offer strategies to build stronger leadership skills. Participants will learn about two core coaching techniques, active listening, and powerful questions that are instrumental in leading high-achieving faculty. Please register for this event.

The Summer Leadership Institute is a four-day retreat designed to augment leadership skills. Faculty who currently serve in a leadership role at any organizational scale, from a small research team to an entire academic unit, are invited to apply. Faculty who aspire to leadership roles are also welcome to apply.
