Search process for associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion

As you know, Anneliese Singh, associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion, will be leaving UGA for Tulane University this summer. The Mary Frances Early College of Education is launching an internal search for the next associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Ed Delgado-Romero, associate dean for faculty and staff services, has agreed to chair the search committee, which will be comprised of faculty, staff, and students. The bulk of the committee’s work will take place in late May and June and will involve reviewing applications, recommending candidates for interviews, participating in interviews, reviewing feedback on candidates from various constituents, and recommending a finalist to the dean.

If you wish to self-nominate or nominate a colleague to serve on the search committee, you can do so on the search committee form. You can nominate multiple individuals by accessing the form multiple times.
