In UGA’s Aspire Fellows Program, mid-career and senior faculty will build on their existing successes and strengths to realize new aspirational goals and achievements.

Each fellow will formulate an individualized professional development plan to define and achieve their aspirations. Growing from this work, participants will complete a signature project and extend their professional impact. Individual and small group coaching sessions will focus on developing and implementing professional development plans and signature projects.
