Register for a health and well-being kickstarter mini-course
Join UGA Recreational Sports for a free, two-week mini-course on enhancing self-care. The course will highlight basic nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and social connections as a means to better health and well-being.
Attendees will learn how to incorporate habits into daily life and will be challenged to record progress to ensure a lasting behavior change. The mini-course session will be held via Zoom, and access links will be sent out following registration.
There is one, two-week session option:
