Join psychologist and author Melissa Munro Boyd for a reading and discussion of her book, “B is for Breathe: The ABCs of Coping with Fussy and Frustrating Feelings.” Boyd will also talk about current issues affecting children and adults, such as school, COVID-19, and racial concerns.
