New Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning

Faculty, please inform your graduate students of the new Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning. This certificate is a great opportunity to develop or enhance students’ knowledge and skill in online instruction, whether they work or want to work in higher education, K-12 education, business and industry training, or in the public sphere. Additionally, Georgia-certified pre-K-12 teachers can receive the Online Teaching Endorsement from the GaPSC upon successful completion of the program.

The five required certificate courses are all offered online and are designed to be highly interactive, interweaving theory and practice, so that students will be asked and encouraged to apply what they learn to the areas that most interest them. Applications for fall are now open to all UGA graduate students, as well as new students who wish to enroll solely in the certificate program.
