From the Dean: Listening sessions for BIPOC faculty

Despite and because of the unusual circumstances in which we find ourselves, I am committed to moving forward with our commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion by taking concrete actions to ensure our College upholds the standards of our namesake, Mary Frances Early. I want to begin by listening to you, BIPOC faculty, to your hopes and dreams, your ideas, and your concerns.

To that end, I will be holding two listening sessions:

• Black faculty: Thursday, Sept. 3 from 10-11 a.m.
• Faculty of color: Thursday, Sept. 3 from noon-1 p.m.
