Get your flu shot in Aderhold Hall on Tuesday, Sept. 22.

Please make sure to bring your UGA ID and insurance cards. For cash-paying patients (including those with Kaiser), the cost is $50. Employees have the option to print the UGA consent form ahead of time, fill out the first page, and bring to the clinic. The clinic will have consent forms available for anyone who doesn’t print in advance.
