Important instructional notices for spring 2021 syllabi

Instructors should build UGA’s three instructional break days into their spring 2021 syllabi. UGA’s Educational Affairs Committee (EAC) and the Office of the Vice President for Instruction faculty advisory board note that instructional break days should not have any exams/deadlines. The EAC has also strongly recommended that no major exams or assignments be scheduled for the day after the instructional break day.

UGA’s instructional break days for spring 2021 are:

• Friday, March 12
• Thursday, April 8
