University-wide COVID-19 survey

The COVID-19 Response Committee (CRC) has the responsibility of asking questions and bringing forward issues to the attention of the administration and the current COVID-related Task Forces on behalf of the UGA community.

We need the input of faculty, staff, and students to help guide our discussions. The committee wants your voice to be heard! The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and your IP address will not be collected. All survey data will be aggregated and used to examine key themes.
