The American University Washington College of Law and North Carolina State University Libraries recently released “Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for Open Educational Resources.”

The 46-page guide provides researchers with information on open educational resources and fair use, using inserts as objects of criticism and commentary, incorporating content as learning resource materials, and more.
