Delgado-Romero to deliver keynote talk at IPA's virtual annual convention

Edward Delgado-Romero, associate dean for faculty and staff services and professor in the Department of Educational Psychology, will deliver the keynote talk at the Idaho Psychological Association’s virtual annual convention at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 16.

In the keynote titled “You Are My Other Me: Psychological Work With Latinx Populations,” Delgado-Romero will introduce Latinx psychology and provide definitions, demographics, and socio-political and historical context for Latinx people in the United States. Additionally, the session will highlight culturally informed resources available to psychologists and sources for clinical, research, and teaching/training information regarding the Latinx population.
