Spring 2021 Mary Frances Early College of Education graduation celebration
Please join the Mary Frances Early College of Education in honoring spring and summer 2021 graduates at an outdoor, socially distanced celebration on the Aderhold Hall lawn on Friday, May 14!
All students and their guests who are attending the UGA commencement ceremonies on May 13-15 are invited. During the event, students may pick up graduation gifts, take pictures with classmates and guests, and celebrate with faculty and staff.
Regalia is optional for the event, but face coverings are required for all students and guests. Students may come to the celebration only during their department’s assigned times as noted below. In case of inclement weather, please check COEfyi and follow the College’s social media accounts for updates. If the event has to be rescheduled, we will update this page at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 13.
Faculty and staff are invited to come honor and congratulate their students during their department’s assigned time slots, which are listed below.
Department time slots:
- 8:30-10:30 a.m.: Department of Educational Theory and Practice
- 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Department of Communication Sciences and Special Education
- 12:30-2:30 p.m.: Department of Career and Information Studies, Department of Counseling and Human Development Services, Department of Educational Psychology, Department of Lifelong Education Administration and Policy
- 2:30-4:30 p.m.: Department of Kinesiology
- 4:30-6:30 p.m.: Department of Language and Literacy Education and Department of Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies Education
