Qualtrics survey limits

UGA’s Enterprise Information Technology Systems (EITS) would like Qualtrics users to know about changes associated with large-scale surveys (i.e., more than 10,000 email respondents).

Qualtrics users who plan to conduct a survey with more than 10,000 email respondents should contact EITS Contracts and Licensing a month in advance of when the survey is slated for distribution. EITS will work with Qualtrics users to learn more about the timing of the survey and will submit the required information on the survey owner’s behalf to Qualtrics. Qualtrics requires that any surveys with more than 10,000 email respondents have approval before distribution. This helps to ensure emails associated with the survey are considered valid and not flagged as spam. The process also helps EITS coordinate large surveys and ensure multiple large surveys are not scheduled to begin on the same day.

Information regarding this process is available on the EITS Qualtrics webpage. Please contact EITS Contracts and Licensing if you have any questions regarding this email.
