Submit tickets for communications needs
With the start of fall semester, the College’s Communications Office would like to remind departments and units that all digital and print promotional pieces (email promotions, webpages, brochures/fliers, etc.) need to be created by the communications team to ensure these items are properly branded (correct use of logos, fonts, content, tone, etc.) before they are disseminated to the public.
To start a project, please submit a communications project request ticket, which can be found on the College’s internal resources site under “Communication Needs." When submitting a ticket, please include content for the piece (not a designed draft), as well as any images or examples to consider for the project.
On this page, departments and units can also find and submit tickets for a variety of other communications needs, including:
- Submitting a new course to COEfyi New Courses
- Submitting a COEfyi announcement
- Submitting a calendar event to UGA’s Master Calendar
- Submitting news or social media items
- Nominating an amazing student
- Submitting a COE Connection announcement (for undergraduate and graduate students)
