The UGA Staff Mentor Program is a staff-to-staff mentor program that enables participants to focus on their personal and professional development goals and learn more about the university with the support of colleagues from across campus.

The program uses a group mentoring model. One staff or faculty mentor will be matched with up to five mentees to form a mentor circle and meet for 12 weeks to explore personal and professional development-related topics. Mentor circles will be created based on the profile characteristics and preferences each participant selects when registering for the program.
