Reminder: Annual evaluations due soon

This is a gentle reminder that written annual evaluations are due soon. Staff evaluations for academic units are due Monday, Jan. 31. Faculty evaluations and staff evaluations for those in non-academic units are due Thursday, March 31.

Evaluations should be saved as a PDF file with the following naming conventions:

  • Last name, First name_dept_21 Faculty Eval
  • Last name, First name_dept_21 Staff Eval

Please submit all evaluations to the Office of Faculty and Staff Services by emailing Takenya Moore.

Also, to access course evaluation data, please log into the Instructor Course Evaluation Portal, which will require you to log in with your UGA MyID.
