Faculty Interest Group (FIG)

  • Application deadline: Wednesday, August 31 at 5 p.m.

The Office of Faculty Affairs invites you to create a Faculty Interest Group (FIG) of like-minded peers to pursue shared interests. FIG organizes itself with faculty-led, informal meetings or events to share ideas, resources, and interests on a topic of the group’s choice. The goal of the FIG program is to foster faculty communities through faculty-led informal meetings or events. All faculty are eligible to participate in a FIG. To qualify for OFA support, membership in the FIG must range from six to 30 faculty members who agree to participate on a regular basis. Funding is on a first-come, first-funded model.
