William T. Grant Foundation Research Grant LOIs due Aug. 3

The William T. Grant Foundation’s mission is to support research that improves the lives of young people ages 5-25 in the United States. One way that they pursue this mission is by investing in high-quality field-initiated studies. Another round of LOIs is due on Wednesday, Aug. 3 for regular research grants ($100,000-$1,000,000 over 2-4 years) and officers’ research grant applications ($25,000-$50,000 over 1-2 years).
- Research Grants on Reducing Inequality: We prioritize studies that aim to reduce inequalities that exist along dimensions of race, ethnicity, economic standing, language minority status, or immigrant origins
- Research Grants on Improving the Use of Research Evidence: For the August cycle, the foundation announced a special interest in applications that use secondary data to answer new questions on how and under what conditions we can improve the use of research evidence
