Kudos: Adams receives two awards from GACTE

Elaine Adams, associate professor in the Department of Career and Information Studies, recently received two awards from the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education (GACTE).

She received Teacher Educator of the Year, awarded by her peers in the Trade and Industrial Educators of Georgia (TIEGA), along with GACTE Teacher Educator of the Year, an overall statewide award.

“I am extremely proud to be presented with these two prestigious awards,” Adams said.
