Nominations for University Promotion and Tenure Appeals Committee due today

We are seeking nominations for a College replacement on the University Council’s University Promotion and Tenure Appeals Committee due to the retirement of a faculty member.

The retired faculty member’s term on the committee ends June 2024, so a replacement will need to be elected to serve until this date (September 2022-June 2024). Per the Council bylaws, members of the P&T Appeals Committee are elected by tenured faculty and shall be tenured, hold the rank of professor, and not serve on other promotion and tenure committees at the school, college, or university levels.
