Two new UGA Faculty Research Awards

Two new University-level awards are being offered this year.
First, the Non-Tenure Track Faculty Research Excellence Award provides the opportunity to recognize vital research scientists and other professionals whose contributions are too often overlooked. Second, the Research Communications Award will recognize faculty who go above and beyond to raise the visibility and profile of UGA research through personal efforts in communications and public engagement.
The deadline for submitting materials to the College for consideration to be nominated by the College to the UGA Office of Vice President for Research is Monday, Oct. 3.
