2022 Georgia midterm elections

Employees of the University System of Georgia (USG) are encouraged to exercise their constitutional right to vote in all federal, state, and local elections.

All employees should be able to vote either before or after regularly assigned work hours. However, if election polls are not open at least two hours before or two hours after an employee’s normally scheduled work shift, supervisors are authorized to grant a reasonable period of time, up to two hours, in which to vote. Time off under this provision is with pay.

Voting leave must be requested via OneUSG Connect  for all benefited employees.
