Welcome new staff member: Gabriel Lopez Gutierrez

The Office of Undergraduate Advising is pleased to announce the hiring of Gabriel Lopez Gutierrez to serve as an academic advisor. Gabriel will work with undergraduate students in exercise and sport science.

Gabriel is joining us from Piedmont University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and his master’s degree in business administration. He most recently served as a diversity recruiter for Piedmont’s Undergraduate Admissions Office. Gabriel was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and raised in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The Office of Undergraduate Advising is thrilled to welcome Gabriel to the Mary Frances Early College of Education and UGA.
