Supporting Turkey and Syria

The Mary Frances Early College of Education shares our most heartfelt sympathies to those affected by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey. We mourn the tragic loss of thousands of lives and send condolences to those who have seen their communities destroyed. We recognize that members of our own College may have been impacted by this tragedy, and we are here to support you.

UGA International Student Life is currently working to contact affected students, faculty, and staff and offer more support resources. We encourage our students, faculty, and staff to contact International Student Life directly if you are in need of additional support. Additionally, UGA has a number of emergency funding resources limitedly available for both undergraduates and graduate students.
