Teaching Academy active learning classroom enhancements form

The Office of Active Learning is allocating QEP funds for classroom enhancements, and we would greatly appreciate your input.

Specifically, please fill out this form indicating which classrooms on campus you would like to see updated and with which active learning enhancements. The options listed include example images, but we also included an “Other” category in case you have requests we have not yet considered. Please feel free to complete the form as many times as you like, indicating a new classroom that needs updating each time you submit the form. Feel free to share this form with others!
