William T. Grant Foundation Research Grant LOIs due Aug. 2
- LOI deadline: Wednesday, Aug. 2
The William T. Grant Foundation’s mission is to support research that improves the lives of young people ages 5-25 in the United States. One way that they pursue this mission is by investing in high-quality field-initiated studies. The last round of 2023 LOIs are due Wednesday, Aug. 2 for major research grants ($100,000-$600,000 over 2-3 years) and Officer’s Research Grant applications ($25,000-$50,000 over 1-2 years).
- Research Grants on Reducing Inequality: This program funds research studies that aim to build, test, or increase the understanding of programs, policies, or practices to reduce inequality in the academic, social, behavioral, or economic outcomes of young people ages 5-25 in the United States, along dimensions of race, ethnicity, economic standing, language minority status, or immigrant origins.
- Research Grants on Improving the Use of Research Evidence: This program funds research studies that advance theory and build empirical knowledge on ways to improve the use of research evidence by policymakers, agency leaders, organizational managers, intermediaries, and other decision-makers that shape youth-serving systems in the United States.
