New from USG: Total Rewards Statements

In September, the University System of Georgia (USG) will mail “Total Rewards Statements” to all USG benefits-eligible team members.

What are Total Rewards Statements?

These statements will help demonstrate the total value of the benefits package that USG provides to its benefits-eligible employees. USG aims to:

• Help team members see the total value of their compensation and benefits package
• Highlight retirement contributions, which are usually higher than the private sector
• Promote other work-life benefits such as paid time off, well-being, and other programs

These personalized statements will detail employee compensation, healthcare and voluntary insurance benefits, employer contributions, and other work-life benefits.

How and when can our team members view their statements?

Statements will be mailed to home addresses in late September. In addition to mailed statements, UGA faculty and staff will be able to view their Total Rewards Statements on OneUSG Connect in mid-September.
