Today! National Preparedness Month Lecture

September is National Preparedness Month. The UGA Institute for Disaster Management and the Office of Emergency Preparedness invite you to attend a special presentation with Charles Guddemi, the District of Columbia’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency’s (HSEMA) statewide interoperability coordinator.

Guddemi joined HSEMA after his 25-year career with the United States Park Police. He will speak about lessons learned in crisis communication based on past events.
