UGA Extension Share Fair on Jan. 18

UGA Extension is committed to “Building a better Georgia from the ground up” by utilizing University research, innovative outreach, and community partners to work together to improve the lives of our citizens. To that end, we would like to invite you or a representative from your organization to be a part of the UGA Share Fair at the 2024 Extension Conference, which is a networking event we host for UGA Extension professionals in hopes to strengthen our connections and enhance potential collaborations.

Whether you can provide Extension professionals the latest research on your area of expertise, a new programming idea to reach adults or youth, or you need a partner for a grant project, the UGA Share Fair could be a start or continuation of impactful work. During Extension Conference in 2022, we were pleased to have around 40 existing and potential partners attend this session along with 400+ Extension agents and specialists.

If you already collaborate with UGA Extension, come to the UGA Share Fair to discuss your successes so that others can learn from you. If you do not currently collaborate with UGA Extension, come to the UGA Share Fair to network and dialogue so that we can learn more about your work in hopes of exploring a potential partnership.

The requirements are simple. All you need to participate is a person who is willing to attend from your organization and some type of set up for a display booth. Please also bring any materials and business cards that you would like to hand out.

Event Details

  • Date: Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024
  • Time: 11:20 a.m.-1:10 p.m. (not including set-up/tear down time); lunch available for exhibitors starting at 11 a.m.
  • Location: Eatonton, Georgia – Rock Eagle 4-H Center, Dining Hall A
