The Staff Representative Group is proud to announce the winners of our Halloween door decorating contest, the SRG Cowboy Chili Cook-Off & Dessert Bake-Off, and the department cactus challenge:

Halloween door decorating contest:

Cowboy Chili Cook-Off:

• Second place: Grace Burger, Office of Research and Graduate Education
• Honorable mention: Heather Bailey, OIT

Dessert Bake-Off:

• First place: Justin Barnett, MSSE
• Second place: Jen Williams, Communications Office
• Honorable mention: Jessica Smith, KINS

Department cactus challenge:

• Winner: CSSE’s “You had me at Aloe”
• Honorable mention: LLED’s “Haunted farm”

We would like to thank everyone for getting in the spirit—decorating your doors, entering your chili and desserts, and decorating a cactus! All the entries were so creative and delicious—they were all truly fantastic and made choosing winners difficult. Everyone had a great time, enjoyed touring the floors, and getting acquainted with new co-workers. We had a great turnout at the Chili Cook-Off… and the Dawgs beat Florida!
