Athena access limited off-campus

Athena is experiencing an unusually high volume of activity. To ensure secure and timely access for UGA students, faculty, and staff, off-campus access to Athena will be limited at this time.

Students, faculty, and staff who are off campus and therefore not connected to the campus network should use the Remote Access VPN or vLab to access Athena.

Students, faculty, and staff on campus and behind the campus firewall should be able to access Athena without vLab or the VPN.

Parents and guardians who need to pay bills on a student account should follow the instructions from the Bursar’s Office for becoming an authorized user. Once a parent is set up as an authorized user, they can log in to pay their bill.
