Reminder: 2023 USG Ethics Refresher training due Dec. 31

The University System of Georgia (USG) ethics policy requires all USG employees to complete an ethics refresher training course. The Board of Regents recently updated its ethics policy refresher training module and has set a deadline for all faculty, staff, and student employees hired before January 1, 2023, to complete the updated training module. All those who were hired and onboarded in 2023 are exempt from the refresher and should have completed the USG Ethics Training course as a part of their onboarding.
To complete this mandatory training, log into the Professional Education Portal (PEP) with your UGA MyID and password. Once on the PEP homepage, navigate to the “Training Due” section and select “USG Ethics Refresher Training 2023.”
