DEI Office committee
We will convene a committee of faculty, staff, and students to design a survey to provide feedback on the functions of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to help us think through what we have done in the past that should continue (but maybe in a different way), what is no longer needed, and what new roles the office might play.
The survey will be sent to the College community, and the committee will analyze the results and make recommendations for the future of the office. These recommendations will be shared with Leadership Council and Faculty Senate as well as via COEfyi. These recommendations will help shape decisions about the staffing and scope of the office.
