Tenure track standard workload results

The tenure track standard workload survey was completed by 90 tenure track faculty in the Mary Frances Early College of Education. Results were discussed at the February Faculty Senate meeting and were shared with the Dean’s Leadership Council.

The shared decision-making process confirmed that the tenure track standard in the College’s workload moving forward will be 45% teaching, 45% research, and 10% service.
