Faculty contracts for 2024-25 available for signature

Fiscal and academic year 2024-25 contracts for all full-time, regular faculty are now available online in the Faculty Data Self Service (FDSS) module of OneUSG Connect.

To access your contract in OneUSG Connect, please follow the step-by-step instructions on the contract page in OneUSG Connect. Listed below are a few important notes before you log in to the contract system:

• Preliminary contract data were reviewed by each hiring unit last week. If errors were found in your FY25 compensation, job data, title, pay group, or hiring unit, then your contract is probably not yet ready for signature. If your contract is not displayed when you log into the FDSS page, please contact your hiring unit’s HR representative as soon as possible for assistance. Limited-term and part-time faculty DO NOT receive annual contracts.
• If your contract is displayed but it contains incorrect data, please contact your hiring unit’s HR representative as soon as possible to initiate the steps needed for correction.
• Faculty are expected to sign their contracts within 20 days of receipt.
• Only faculty who are issued contracts will see the “Faculty Contracts” tile in FDSS. Accordingly, the tile will not be visible for part-time, limited-term, and other faculty not on annual contracts.
