Nominate a staff member for the BFSO Ed Wilker Memorial Egalitarian Award by Aug. 26

The Black Faculty and Staff Organization (BFSO) invites you to nominate stellar staff members for the Ed Wilker Memorial Egalitarian Award. This award is inspired by the late Ed Wilker, a founding member of BFSO. He championed equal rights for all, especially those employed at the University of Georgia. This award recognizes staff members who demonstrate occupational excellence consistently.

Award winners will receive $400 and be honored at the Black Faculty and Staff Scholarship Luncheon on Monday, Sept. 30 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Hotel’s Mahler Hall. Please note that should your nominee become a recipient, we would like them to be permitted to attend the celebration.
