One-stop shop for marketing and communications needs

With the start of fall semester, the Marketing and Communications Office is here to help you best represent the College!

We are a dynamic team of content and marketing professionals responsible for all digital and print promotional materials (email promotions, webpages, brochures/flyers, etc.) that disseminate from the College. As a one-stop shop for all your marketing and communication needs, we offer a range of creative services as well as promotional tools and channels to aid faculty and staff in their mission of teaching, research, service, and outreach.

Do you need a UGA branded logo? Print or digital materials for a conference or recruiting event? Want to send a beautifully branded email or print invite? Most communications projects start with submitting a ticket. If you work with an external marketing agency or directly with a UGA-licensed vendor on a promotional piece, please use the form to get internal approval of your materials prior to sending to the Trademarks Office; materials created in Canva will not be approved.

If you have a communications project in mind, please visit the College’s internal resources webpage under “Marketing and Communication Services” and submit a ticket. Our services include:

  • Communications project request: Create new digital or printed materials or update an existing project.
  • Social media request: Share your content on social media. We maintain a presence on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of the College.
  • Digital signage request: Promote your event or announcement on the College’s digital screens in Aderhold Hall, River’s Crossing, and Ramsey Student Center.
  • Webpage fix/update request: Request revisions or updates to a coe.uga.edu webpage. Please note that personnel additions/removals, changes to titles, or changes to offices/departments/unit affiliations must come directly from human resources.
  • COEfyi announcements: Share your professional or College-related news or announcements with faculty and staff. Submissions are due by 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sent via email every Wednesday and Friday when there are new submissions.
  • Course Spotlight announcements: Share your course information with the College’s faculty, advisors, and graduate students. Submissions are due by 3 p.m. on Thursdays and are sent via email on Fridays when there are new submissions.

Please note that flyers (including class announcements) should not be placed on walls, tables, bathrooms, etc., to avoid clutter, out-of-date information, incorrect UGA and College branding, and/or damage to surfaces. Therefore, flyers will be removed upon discovery.

We encourage faculty and staff to work with our office to promote their upcoming events, programs, and more. Please follow the College on Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn to stay up-to-date with the latest news, events, and updates from the College.

If you have any questions about starting a communications project, please contact Jen Williams.
