"Teaching on Days After" now available for checkout

There are 10 copies of the book “Teaching on Days After” by Alyssa Hadley Dunn available to anyone for checkout in the Dean’s Office (Aderhold Hall Room G3).

Dunn is an associate professor of curriculum and instruction and director of teacher education at the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. Her book explores what teachers should do on the days after major events, tragedies, and traumas, especially when injustice is involved. The book features teacher narratives and youth-authored student spotlights that reveal what classrooms do and can look like in the wake of these critical moments.
