License for Microsoft Office Copilot

The University is purchasing a limited number of licenses for Microsoft Office Copilot for one year. This is an upgrade from the free Copilot version that all UGA members already have access to through our contract with Microsoft.

The upgrade comes from the integration of the Copilot tool into the MS Office apps. For instance, it is integrated into Outlook, and you can use it to summarize an email chain (as just one example). Like the free Copilot tool (when logged in with your UGA credentials), it is contained within the UGA environment and does not send information to Microsoft.

We are looking for AI adopters and super users who can benefit from access to the upgraded tool for a year and help us understand its value. If you are interested in a free, one-year license, please complete this form by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5.
