Join the National Research Center on Hispanic Children & Families and the Hispanic/Latino Behavioral Health Center of Excellence for a webinar discussion designed to help researchers, practitioners, and organizations better understand and navigate diverse terminology when engaging Latino communities. The webinar will explore the evolution of terminology such as Hispanic, Latino/a, Latinx, and Latine, and the historical and cultural contexts behind these terms. In doing so, participants will learn community preferences and diversity in terminology usage and the factors influencing these preferences.
