New ticketing system: Office of Faculty and Staff Services

The Office of Faculty and Staff Services is excited to announce that we have transitioned to the TeamDynamix ticketing system. If you have ever emailed University HR or EITS, you are already familiar with the look and feel. You will still email our office at coefss@uga.edu—just know that the style of our responses will look a bit different.

What this means:

• More efficient tracking and processing of requests
• Streamlined history
• Less emails to navigate

What it doesn’t mean:

• That it’s less personal
• That it’s less important
• That you are less important

Our office is still dedicated to creating and sustaining excellence in the Mary Frances Early College of Education, and our doors are still open.
