Amazing Student: Eunbi Sim
Eunbi Sim’s (Ph.D. ’25) passion lies in advancing intersectional feminist perspectives in the field of learning, leadership, and organization development. She is also committed to teaching these principles to adult learners, exploring critical quantitative inquiry, and developing workplace practices grounded in equity and justice.
“This passion stems from my own lived experiences navigating the impacts of intersecting systems of oppression—such as sexism, racism, ageism, and global capitalism—on both work and daily life,” said Sim. “These experiences fuel my conviction that research can be a powerful tool for dismantling systemic injustices and creating more just and inclusive workplaces.”
