Apply for the Generative AI and Teaching Faculty Fellows program by April 21

  • Application deadline: Monday, April 21

The UGA Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is pleased to announce the launch of the Generative AI and Teaching Faculty Fellows program. Supported by generous funding from the UGA Foundation, this year-long initiative will support a cohort of 15 UGA faculty in developing and piloting a generative AI-supported teaching innovation. Fellows will participate in monthly meetings, engage in collaborative inquiry and experimentation, and contribute to a growing community of practice focused on generative AI in higher education.

Each fellow will receive a $3,000 stipend to support professional development or to enhance teaching resources related to their generative AI innovation. Full-time faculty of any rank, including tenure-track and non-tenure-track instructional faculty, are eligible to apply.

The deadline for applications is Monday, April 21. For more information about the 2025-26 Generative AI and Teaching Faculty Fellows program, including program commitments, selection criteria, and a link to the application, please visit the CTL website.
