EDU Core Research

The EDU Core Research (ECR) program offers this ECR: Core solicitation and invites proposals for fundamental research (curiosity-driven basic research and use-inspired basic research) that contributes to the general, explanatory knowledge that underlies STEM education in one or more of the three broadly conceived research areas:
- Research on STEM learning and learning environments
- Research on broadening participation in STEM fields
- Research on STEM workforce development

DRK-12

The goal of the Discovery Research PreK-12 (DRK-12) program is to catalyze research and development that enhances all preK-12 teachers’ and students’ opportunities to engage in high-quality learning experiences related to the sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The program solicits proposals along two strands: (1) learning and (2) teaching.
