Required search committee training

All individuals involved in the hiring process for faculty, staff, and students are required to complete mandatory recruitment training. The updated training is comprised of a 22-minute online module located in UGA’s Professional Education Portal (PEP). This updated version launched in fall 2023, and you only need to take it once.

Can’t remember if you completed the training? Log into PEP and locate “Transcript” from the top menu bar. Search for “UGA Employee Recruitment Training” and note the date completed.

Need to complete the training? Log into PEP and search for “UGA Employee Recruitment Training” and register for the online course.
