2025 Mandatory USG Ethics Refresher Training

• Deadline: Sunday, Nov. 30

The University System of Georgia (USG) Ethics Policy requires all USG employees complete an ethics refresher training course. This course is available now in the Professional Education Portal (PEP).

• Who must complete the training: All faculty, staff, and student employees hired before Jan. 1, 2025
• Exemptions: Employees hired and onboarded in 2025 are exempt, as they completed the USG Ethics Training (New Hire) course during onboarding
