Save the date: Celebrating 25 Years of Interdisciplinary Qualitative Research at UGA

2026 marks 25 years of the Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies (IQS) Certificate at the University of Georgia. We are hosting a gathering to celebrate program accomplishments, alumni, and faculty who helped build and make this program, as well as the current and future work of our students. Please see the schedule for details and fill out the form so we can prepare for your arrival!

Thursday, March 19

  •  7:30-8:30 p.m.: Informal social at Athentic Brewing Company

Friday, March 20

  • 9-11 a.m.: Inquiry workshops at River’s Crossing (optional, $50 a person)
  • 1-5 p.m.: Opening session, paper presentations, and roundtables at the Botanical Garden
  • 5:30-7:30: Celebratory dinner at the Botanical Garden (optional, $40 a person)

Saturday, March 21

  • 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Panels and closing session at the Botanical Garden
