Attend AI training for staff on Jan. 8

You are invited to join Jerry Kane, head of the Department of Management Information Systems, for a workshop on the topic of prompt engineering with artificial intelligence (AI). This workshop is designed for staff members and will provide a brief overview of the Generative AI tools available to UGA employees, highlight the types of tasks these models are well-suited for (and those they are not), and introduce prompting strategies to help you get the best results. While computers are not required, participants are welcome to bring a laptop or mobile device to experiment with Generative AI during the session.

There will be a Zoom option available for those who cannot attend in person. Coffee and light snacks will be provided for those in attendance. We look forward to seeing you at this exciting and informative event.
